Detailed Product Description

The roll are made of chilled alloy cast iron with wear-resisant hard surface. The cavities of rolls are machined.

To meet the different technological requirements, the rolls can be heated by steam.

The cavities of bearing brackets are designed with cooling water cycling passage. The brushes are cooled by circulating water to avoid overheat of brush.

Overload protection decice is provided to protect the main parts from damage due to overload. The reverse current plugging system in provided above the rolls, in case of emergency. The safely rod is pulled down and the rolls will be stopped immediately.

The roll gap can be easily adjusted by handweel.

The mill is designed with NWG planetary gear reducer which is o f long service life, low noise, small volume and high driver efficiency. The bed-plate of the machine is intergral. The machine can be installed very easily.

The left drivers and right driver are avaliable. Pls specify the driver way in order. If no requirement is requested, the right driver machine is supplied.
